living in nyc...

I have been in New York for three weeks and have experienced a number of exciting things. I've worn a coat every day since I have been here. I have taken a cab/car service more than once. I have not driven a car. I have ridden the subway every day, many times a day. I have taken a class in the Empire State Building. I have spent time in 3 of the 5 boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens). I have seen sun, clouds, rain, sleet, and snow.This is only a glimpse of my first days in NYC. I am looking forward to more exploring and getting to know this city I now call home.

my new home

I live in New York! I moved here from California at the beginning of this year to continue working for Center for Student Missions. Through this blog, I will attempt to show you what life is like living and working in NYC. I will also try to keep you updated on what and how I'm doing. Thanks for joining me in this new journey.
